Among some of the flagship projects the partners have been involved in include the following:

•The development and management of Nkisu Apartments Kalumbila consisting of 30 furnished apartments, a restaurant, social & games centre, administration, gym and workers housing compound and Nkisu Apartments Lusaka which is under development consisting of 14 furnished apartments. Landsworth is a trusted accommodation business partner for First Quantum Minerals, Anglo-American Exploration, Epiroc, Lubambe Copper Mine, , KASSCO, BME Zambia, Government agencies, BIA Zambia, FNB Zambia, Absa Zambia Limited and Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited among others;

•Current development of Kulema Commercial Park in Kalumbila Town, a US$5 million project;

•The development and management of the Urban Ndola Hotel, a 60 key business traveller hotel; The development and management of a convenience retail centre in Ndola;

•Asset management on behalf of clients valued at USD3.4 million;

•Acquisition advisory services offered to African Life Financial Services Limited as fund managers leading to a US$10 million retail mall  acquisition; Disposal advisory services including prospectus drafting related to a number of retails centres such as Kafue River Mall &  offices valued at USD30 million on behalf of clients;

•Chiefdom Advisory Consultancy services for Chiefdom Trust formation & managements, area planning, area investment marketing, estate agency, fund management and alternative dispute resolution. Services rendered to 4 Chiefdoms.

•Contributing to the production and publication of the Lusaka Real Estate Market Report 2018, the Copperbelt Real Estate Market report 2019 released by Urban Africa, Lusaka Real Estate Market Report 2021;

•Property development of commercial and residential properties for own porftfolio in Kalumbila, Solwezi, Kipushi, Lusaka and Katuba;

•Estate agency and management of own and client portfolio.

Additionally, the lead partner of Landsworth has been involved in adjudicating capital markets disputes between the Securities & Exchange Commission and capital markets players. He has contributed to more than 12 rulings which have added to the jurisprudence of the capital markets in Zambia. Further, the experience of the Landsworth senior team include corporate governance reviews and board evaluations.

Our experience also covers town development and management having been involved in building a green field town with a full environment impact assessment  owned by the largest mining corporation in Zambia. Our leadership has experience in design and operating a rent-to-own housing finance model which provided for home  ownership for over 2,000 beneficiaries.

We have over 7 years experience in strategic planning and program design and implementation covering programme design and management, supervision and grant administration as well as monitoring progress and performance. We also have in-depth knowledge of capacity and institutional building with Directors having overseeing the Institutional Capacity Assessment of Regional International Labour Organization Offices relating to their financial, governance and performance in addition to supporting follow-up interventions.

Our experience also covers Market Systems Analysis (MSA) for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Skills Development for Zambia and also Skills and Labour Market Needs Assessment. Further, we have experience in development resources mobilisation resulting in projects promoting employability and job creation in general and specifically in the Energy Sector for Zambia and the SADC Region. The resource envelopes have ranged from US$800,000 to US$3.8 million.

We have invested in real estate in the various prime locations with properties at different levels of development in the five provinces of operation. The portfolio includes residential, industry, agriculture and commercial assets.

Lusaka
The main property investments in this area include a planned multi-tenanted excellently designed residential complex sitting on 2 acres located on the road front of Tokyo Way, New Kasama, 3km from the Lusaka south Multi-facility Economic Zone (LSMFEZ);
Other plans include a commercial development with various commercial uses such as offices, shops, restaurants among others. Our portfolio includes a 50 acres planned complex of villas & a resort centre along Chifwema Road off the Leopards Hill road.
Central
The property investment portfolio includes stand alone shops, 1.5 acres mixed development with residential accommodation, a planned mini-shopping centre and fuel service station – all located at 16 miles.

North Western
Landsworth has prime land along the main tarred highways in North Western Province which are planned to developed into high investment property catering for residential housing, lodge – furnished apartments , warehousing, educational facilities, fuel service station, office blocks, logistics hubs, truck stop bay with weigh bridge and retails centres. Property investment assets are situated within 30km of big mines in Kalumbila, Kipushi by the Zambia-DRC border, Lumwana Barrick Gold mine area, Solwezi on the junction to the Kipushi border area. Our latest project is Kulema Park, Kalumbila Town currently under development, will be the single largest retail & commercial development at completion and will have a PUMA fuel station plus a motor centre.
